World Music Festival 2008 ( Photo Memories )
The World Music Festival 08 @ Penang has indeed been a glorious & memorable event as thousands of music lovers gathered @ The Botanical Garden to enjoy harmonic fusion of enthralling shows from world renowned musicians of cultural or community-inspired roots.
The 11 international and 4 local bands, hail from France, Reunion Island, Mexico, Iran, India, Denmark, Kenya, Tibet, Canada, USA and Croatia, remain true to their roots in performing very prominent ethnic undertones and identities with traditional instruments being the focal point.
Pixels was indeed honored to be appointed as the OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS. A big team of very talented professional photographers were mobilized to capture stunning photos of professional artists in action for the past 3 days ! The goal is to capture moments into memories !

I can almost hear the music.
Not the whole world but a great showing with bands from 12 different countries. I wish I had been there.
